BASIC
Basic standard of finishing and furnishing of the house
- Wooden house construction with 15cm of mineral wool in the floor and roof and 12cm of mineral wool in the walls
- Vapor barrier and wind insulation
- PVC double glazing windows.
- PVC internal window sills and metal external sills
- Ceiling - pvc panel.
- Internal doors covered with veneer.

- Complete plumbing and electrical and ventilation installation
